- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wait time is ridiculous over 20 minutes in the drive thru lane . Their are not enough tellers servicing this bank. They closed the branch on 54 and Madison which we never had a problem with, drive thru was always good there. Do not think it is right to sacrifice the customers experience in order to save money.
